Our preferred platform is Windows 2000. At a minimum you need a PC running Windows NT 4.0 with Service Patch 3.

A copy of Microsoft's Internet Information Server (IIS) Version 4.0 or 5.0. IIS 4.0 is part of the Windows NT Option Pack, which is freely available on a number of Microsoft CDs including Visual Basic and Visual Studio. If you do not have access to these CDs you can download the Option Pack from the Microsoft Web Site - www.microsoft.com.

Finally you'll need ImageEffects itself.
