We support all our software as standard. However sometimes you may require an extra level of assurance.

Platinum level queries are given the highest level of priority. So we try even harder to ensure that you get the answers you need.

Platinum level emails bypass the normal support queue. So your queries get answered faster.

Platinum Support is per product and per developer. So (for example) if you purchase Platinum Support with ABCpdf then it covers you for support with ABCpdf. If you have two contracts it would cover two developers working on ABCpdf.

What's more if you get to the end of the year and you feel that you've not made good use of your support package just mail us and we'll give you a full refund†. How can you lose?

There are two variants of this license - the Professional Edition and the Standard Edition.

A Professional license covers use of the 64 bit or 32 bit ImageGlue download, while the Standard Edition is only available in 32 bit form.

The Professional license enables the embedded PostScript-compatible interpreter required for built-in EPS and PDF rendering functionality - this is not enabled in the Standard Edition.

Consultancy per Hour

As well as products we also offer consultancy services extending our products in ways that you and other people may find useful. We are happy to take on PDF and graphics related projects of unlimited complexity.

We don't do consultancy if we don't think we'll be good at it. So if you're wanting to create a web site with some simple PDF related functionality then this is not going to be us. For that kind of project you need close involvement and that's best served by having someone on-site talking through the things that you want. We're not in a position to do that.

Of course many projects lie somewhere between these two extremes. In these cases we're happy to take on the core PDF or graphics related aspects of any development you're doing. That is as long as this work advances our products as well as helping you.

License Transfers

Licenses are specific to a named entity - typically a corporation. In some circumstances we may give dispensation for the transfer of licenses between related entities during events such as a corporate takeover or dissolution. This transfer will change the registration name and allow usage by the new entity, support for employees of the new entity and entitlement to reduced price upgrade licenses as provided to the original registered owner. However please do not purchase this product until approval has been granted and you have been directed to do so.
