The Loading property tells you whether the page is currently in the process of being loaded.

This property is only relevant if you are loading your pages asynchronously.

The load process starts when you call the Load function indicating that the load should be asynchronous. The loading process will continue until all the required resources are available or the timeout period is exceeded.

During this time the Loading property will be equal to True.
