For every combination of DataSet ID and Record ID there is a name describing the field.
We hold the names of the majority of common IPTC items in use. However there may be situations in which we cannot find a valid name for the DataSet and Record IDs. In these cases this property will be blank.
The complete list of registered Records and DataSets can be obtained from the International Press Telecommunications Council web site at http://www.iptc.org.
