Important Information

The support page covers most common queries. Anything from technical requests like 'Can ABCpdf convert my Excel spreadsheet into PDF' to solutions for 'I bought the wrong product'.

The purchase page covers pricing and ordering. So if you want to know how much a license costs or what it covers - please do start here. Note that most of our sales process is outsourced to Cleverbridge. If you have queries about the order process we are quite happy to answer them, but you may find it easier to contact them directly.

And if you cannot see it please just search the site. You will almost certainly find it.

We respond to all queries within - at most - one business day. So if you do not get a reply within this period of time either we have not received your email or you have not received our reply. You may wish to check your spam filter or contact us using a different email address.

When you write please include details of your license. If you have a purchased license please let us know the order number (or license key and organization). If you are working on a trial license tell us this. Please also let us know the exact version of the product you are using (if you do not know the settings application (PDFSettings/IGSettings/ABCSettings etc.) will tell you.

If you have a support contract please mention this in your email so we can ensure you get first priority.

So the first few lines of your email might read something like:

Order Ref 2658142 for Sony US
ABCpdf .NET Version 13201
We have Enterprise Platinum Support

Quality in, quality out. The care you put into your questions directly shapes the quality of answers you receive.

A simple example: sending a project with 50MB of build artifacts (bin, obj, .vs) creates unnecessary drag. It slows things down, triggers security scans, and buries the actual code.

Before hitting send consider:

  • Snippets of code are good. Should you include some?
  • Small sample documents are good. Do we need some?
  • Are you sending a project? Have you deleted bin and obj and .vs directories?
  • Are you sending screenshots of text? If so please replace with text files.
  • Are your files of a sensible size?

Small, clean submissions get faster, sharper responses.

The simplest way to ensure your sensitive data is kept confidential is not to send it to us. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your information is treated with the respect you would want, the easiest and most obvious way to ensure this happens is to avoid oversharing. The less we have to worry about, the better for us and for you. See our Confidentiality Policy for further details.
